Senior Environmental Project Manager
Pacific Northwest (WA or OR | Hybrid options available)
If you’re a seasoned environmental professional who thrives on autonomy, influence, and meaningful work, this is a rare opportunity to build and grow an environmental practice in a new region with the backing of an established, employee-owned organization that values both people and purpose.
In this role, you won’t just manage projects you’ll shape strategy, deepen client relationships, mentor emerging talent, and expand environmental services across the Pacific Northwest. You’ll have the freedom to leverage your existing network, the credibility to partner closely with regulatory agencies, and the runway to make a lasting impact on both the business and the communities it serves.
If you enjoy leading complex environmental permitting efforts, developing client relationships, and helping teams do their best work this role was designed with you in mind.
