Wolt for Work ist Wolts schnell wachsender B2B-Bereich. Wir helfen Unternehmen, ihren Mitarbeitenden flexible Essens- und Einkaufslösungen anzubieten, den Teamzusammenhalt zu stärken und Office-Events einfacher zu organisieren.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle für Enterprise- und SMB-Kund:innen – von der Akquise bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
• Du identifizierst Inbound- und Outbound-Potenziale, gewinnst neue Kund:innen und führst Verhandlungen.
• Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kund:innen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit internen Teams passende Lösungen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Account Management und Marketing zusammen, um Partnerschaften und einen nachhaltigen Sales Funnel aufzubauen.
• Du vertrittst Wolt for Work bei relevanten Events und im Austausch mit potenziellen Kund:innen.

Das bringst du mit

• Erfahrung in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management oder Partnerships – idealerweise im Enterprise-Umfeld.
• Eine starke Eigenmotivation, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen ist von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
• Teamorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken und eine positive, pragmatische Haltung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Nice to have

• Erfahrung in einem Start-up-, Scale-up- oder Marketplace-Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse in Marketing, Operations, Logistik oder Customer Success.
• Erfahrung mit Analyse- und Reporting-Tools wie Excel, Google Workspace oder Looker.
