About This Job

Provide senior operations engineering, event-correlation quality, service-impact guidance and practitioner coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide complex event correlation and escalation decisions
  • Coach operations engineers and assure evidence quality
  • Improve handovers, runbooks, alert quality and operational readiness
  • Escalate systemic telemetry issues to engineering

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years in production operations, application support, NOC, infrastructure support or observability
  • Experience coordinating incident response or operational coverage
  • Strong cross-layer event-correlation and service-impact reasoning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial-services operations
  • ITIL or equivalent service-management experience
  • Alert-quality or workflow-improvement experience
