We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Enterprise IT Program Manager to drive and lead highly complex, enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives. This role is the central point of integration and program leadership across the full program ecosystem, ensuring all workstreams operate as a single, aligned program where progress translates into real business outcomes.
This is not another project management role. It is a hands-on program leadership position responsible for the structure, discipline, and operating rhythm required to deliver at scale. The role brings clarity to complexity, anticipates risks before they surface, and serves as the critical bridge between technical delivery teams and business leadership—translating highly technical concepts, trade-offs, and dependencies into clear business implications while ensuring that critical business needs are accurately understood and reflected in technical execution. The result: Executives and Senior Business and Enterprise leaders have the insight needed to make timely, informed decisions, and every program is planned and delivered to maximize business value through sound technical implementation.
The successful candidate is an expert program manager with significant experience leading large, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a role for an emotionally intelligent leader with outstanding judgment and sharp business acumen—someone who engages credibly with Executive and Senior Business leaders, navigates technical detail and business priorities with equal fluency, and runs a disciplined program operating model that drives alignment, accountability, and execution.
This position is based at our headquarters and requires a seasoned change leader with a proven track record delivering programs and projects, strong communication, people management, and influencing skills, who will fit with our collaborative, team-oriented culture.
