What You Will Drive
Enterprise-wide architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps across business and technology domains
Definition and governance of business capabilities, value streams, and operating models
Alignment between business priorities and architectural decisions
Structured current-state assessments and target-state architecture design
Architectural input into strategic initiatives, investments, and vendor decisions
Cross-functional alignment across business, product, and technology teams
Evolution of architecture governance, standards, and maturity
Translation of business strategy into capability-based transformation plans
Clear articulation of architecture risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to leadership
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in Enterprise, Business, or Solution Architecture
Strong expertise in business capability modelling, value streams, and operating models
Solid understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, ArchiMate)
Strong knowledge of modern architecture practices (cloud, APIs, data platforms, microservices)
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and business impact
