📋 Tasks and responsibilities
For a strategic automation initiative planned for 2027, you will lead the preparation and study phase focused on the industrialisation of application landscape deployments.
- Develop a complete and actionable project plan for the automation program, including milestones, governance, risk management and resource planning.
- Map critical dependencies between applications, identify integration points and define the required deployment sequencing across the landscape.
- Work closely with infrastructure and disaster recovery stakeholders to ensure deployment pipelines support zero-downtime objectives and solid business continuity standards.
- Integrate security and compliance requirements into the target deployment approach, including DevSecOps practices, NIS2 alignment, GDPR considerations and access governance.
- Prepare a clear financial and operational business case covering CapEx/OpEx, return on investment, efficiency gains and risk reduction for executive decision-makers.
- Help shape the architectural framework and define practical governance guidelines to support the execution roadmap.
📝 Your profile
- You have solid experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex IT environments.
- You hold the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- You have strong expertise in data centre and Microsoft Azure architecture.
- You bring hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation tools such as GitHub, TFS and Jenkins.
- You are familiar with architecture frameworks and modelling approaches such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- You have experience facilitating the development of an architectural framework and defining governance processes and technical guidelines.
- You have good knowledge of compliance and security frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001.
- You have strong exposure to enterprise business continuity standards, including BCP/DR.
- You demonstrate broad ICT knowledge and are comfortable working across multiple technical domains.
- You are effective in multilevel stakeholder management and can communicate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch, with at least a passive knowledge of the other national language at B1 level.
