Senior Enterprise Architect – Business Transformation & HR Architecture

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale business and HR transformation program within a leading service-oriented healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the target business architecture aligned with organizational strategy
• Support and guide business transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Advise executive leadership and senior stakeholders on strategic architecture decisions
• Lead the integration of business architecture into change management processes
• Define future operating models and ensure long-term organizational coherence
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to align business and technology architecture
• Coach teams and stakeholders in business architecture methodologies and best practices
• Contribute to the architecture community of practice and enterprise architecture governance
• Support HR transformation initiatives, including HR systems and time registration processes

Required Skills

• Proven experience in business architecture within complex organizations
• Strong expertise in business transformation and process optimization
• Experience designing future operating models and organizational change frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of HR transformation, HR systems, and workforce/time management solutions
• Experience advising executive leadership and C-level stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in service-oriented or healthcare-related organizations is a strong asset
• Independent advisory profile with no affiliation to payroll vendors or implementation partners

Languages

• Dutch (native or bilingual proficiency)
• English (nice to have)
• French (limited working proficiency)
