Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive the Richter’s group level operations through strategic architecture solutions
• Develop and implement enterprise and domain-specific architecture strategies (business, data, application, technology)
• Operate the architecture governance framework and support decision-making processes
• Oversee architecture aspects of IT and business projects and programs
• Collaborate closely with various organizational units to achieve strategic goals
• Promote technological innovation, conduct market research, and support system integration
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and contribute to strategic planning and application portfolio management
• Contribute to strategic technology procurement by providing architectural guidance and evaluation
• Provide clear architectural direction and guidance to Solution Architects across initiatives
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and expert guidance
• Identify Opprotunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in an Enterprise Architect role
• Experience with capability-based design
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, ArchiMate, UML)
• Fluent English (business level)
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud)

Advantages
