Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven automation use cases.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and their application in enterprise business processes.
• Ability to identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across clouds (Sales, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud, Agentforce) that meet business, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Define and govern integration Strategy
• Ensure solutions respect Salesforce governor limits, optimize performance, and scale for high‑volume data, users, and transactions.
• Architect intelligent automation using Flows, Apex, Einstein, Agentforce agents, and generative AI while ensuring trust, observability, and cost controls.
• Define architectural principles, reference architectures, design patterns, code standards, and conduct design reviews and solution governance.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, security, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical architecture.
• Guide developers and admins, unblock teams, review designs/code, and ensure on‑time delivery with high quality and minimal technical debt.
