About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager who is client-focused, results-driven, and skilled in communication and negotiation within an IT solutions environment.
You will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in peninsular Malaysia and working with channel partners, drive sales growth, and achieve targets aligned with the Company’s objectives. This role involves leading the full sales cycle, working closely with internal teams, and building strong client relationships.
You will identify opportunities and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet both immediate and long-term client needs, contributing to sustainable business growth.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Driving sales results: Working with internal resources to develop sector plans, create new leads and sales growth for the assigned sales sectors
2. Increase customer acquisition To sign up new customers from the assigned sectors/industries.
3. Developing customer & partner relationships To initiate and maintain customers and partners relationship and mindshare for Esri Malaysia and its related solutions.
