Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

in Egypt.
Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new revenues by sealing partnerships with medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in North, East or Southern Africa.

Job Responsibilities

● Develop a Sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for the company.
● Build a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for the company in the region, and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium term.
● Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with the targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting period.
● Jointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, with support from leadership within the organization.
● Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, within your region, to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery, demos, proof of concepts (POCs) etc.
● Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage the entire sales process, providing accurate and timely reports on deal statuses.
● Channel feedback from the market, customers and prospects to the company, to enhance our product offering and market position.
● Report to the CEO/Head of Sales

Job Requirements

●

Minimum of 5 years of Business 2 Business sales experience, selling to Financial Services Institutions/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales.
● Highly disciplined, and self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment.
● Understands sales process and the need for timely updates.
● Goal-getter, creative thinker & solution oriented.
● Agile learner with a competitive spirit.
● Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc.
● Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Bonus points if you:
● Have SaaS experience.
● Have an existing network and experience selling to the insurance industry.
● Have Business proficiency in Arabic, French, and Swahili.
