At DHL Aero Expreso, we are looking for a highly skilled aviation professional who is passionate about engineering excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with aircraft manufacturers, aviation authorities, and multidisciplinary teams while contributing directly to the operational success of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and applicable aviation regulations.
• Develop and manage engineering documentation, including EO, EAF, EC, FCD, and other technical records.
• Lead technical analyses and support the development and implementation of aircraft and system modifications.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of aircraft systems, structures, engines, and APUs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the technical liaison with OEMs, suppliers, DERs, DARs, and aviation authorities.
• Provide engineering support to Maintenance, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support major maintenance events and reliability initiatives through technical analysis and engineering expertise.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures, work cards, and technical manuals to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Alternatively, an Aircraft Maintenance Technician License issued by a recognized aviation authority (FAA, AAC, or equivalent), complemented by aviation engineering experience.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an airline engineering environment.
• Experience in Structural Engineering, Propulsion Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Avionics is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, AAC, RACP).
• Experience with MRO systems, technical operational tools, and engineering documentation platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency.
