Your role & impact
Drive Growth; Expand Reed’s engineering presence across permanent, contract and interim markets.
Strategic Sales: Work to KPIs centred on quality, service, and long‑term client partnerships.
Win New Business: Use your engineering market knowledge to secure clients, nurture relationships and build market share.
What you MUST bring
✔ Proven experience in Engineering or Technical Recruitment (essential – applications without this cannot be considered)
✔ Strong track record in sales, business development and winning long‑term clients
✔ Ambition to step into leadership and develop others
✔ UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (regular client visits across the Midlands)
