Grab is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a diverse set of teams within the Consumer experience tech family. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the driving user acquisition, retention, and daily engagement for millions of users across Southeast Asia.
As a leader of leaders, you will oversee a multi-team organization tasked with building the "front door" of the Grab ecosystem. Your scope includes driving Consumer Growth, our critical experience surfaces such as the Home Screen, profiles and activities and AI powered services for recommendations, building social transaction products like Groups and Communities, and steering the Consumer App Mobile Platform. Reporting to the Head of Engineering for Core Experiences, you will be a key architect of Grab’s long-term technical and product strategy.

Our teams handle some of the highest-traffic surfaces in the region, requiring a blend of mobile excellence, robust backend systems, and sophisticated machine learning.
