This role is for one of Weekday’s clients

Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 7000000 (ie INR 40 - 70 LPA)

Min Experience: 12+ years

Location: Pune

JobType: full-time

Requirements

Key Skills We Are Looking For

  • Strong Engineering Leadership and People Management experience
  • Hands-on expertise in Python & Lang-graph
  • Microservices, Distributed Systems, and REST API Architecture
  • Cloud-native development, preferably AWS
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices
  • Enterprise integrations and platform engineering
  • Architecture and technical decision-making
  • Experience managing and mentoring large engineering teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Experience

  • AI Agents / Intelligent Automation / Agentic Workflows
  • LLM / GenAI integration exposure
  • Workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
  • SaaS and multi-tenant platforms
  • Healthcare domain experience would be an added advantage

Must-have skills

Engineering Leadership, Python, LangGraph
