Requirements

• Lead multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior engineers.
• Drive engineering strategy, execution excellence, and scalable product delivery.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Guide architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
• Establish engineering best practices for quality, reliability, observability, and security.
• Improve delivery predictability, engineering productivity, and operational performance.
• Oversee roadmap execution, risk management, and cross-functional programme delivery.
• Drive automation across infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and platform operations.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Champion customer-centric thinking, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
