We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Engineering Manager to join our team, supporting the Destroyer Combat System Support Agent (DCSSA) program.
Reporting to the DCSSA Program Director, you will provide hands-on leadership to a high-performing engineering team responsible for the design, development and integration of complex systems into the Royal Australian Navy’s most capable naval asset: the Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers.
This is a pivotal leadership role, requiring strong technical depth, strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate across a multi-stakeholder enterprise. You will work closely with the DCSSA Chief Engineer and the Maritime Systems Technical Director to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes that meet customer and operational needs.
