MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in board level test of medical devices.
Electrical engineers are responsible for installation and operation of equipment that test medical assemblies. Includes work instructions, Installation Qualification, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting of test equipment.
Monitor and improve medical assemblies test yield.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads electrical engineering operations within own job area to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
• Handles complex projects for expanding and/or modifying the production lines.
• Study the characteristics of all possible equipment available and suggest to management acquiring the most appropriate equipment for carrying out the operations.
• Performs troubleshooting and fault isolation activities on a variety of breadboards and hybrids.
• Conducts measurements specified in design verification plans, documents and tabulates results, and provides engineering test reports.
• May coach junior colleagues and allocate the project work to the most advisable contractors.
