Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Benchmark data collection for Exterior Interior vehicle dimensions as per SAE J1100 in Standard template

Benchmarking for Occupant protection and Side Impact dimensions

Collect Passenger compartment Integration must and wants from assembly and service

Collect lessons learnt from other projects on overall vehicle passenger compartment and ensure implementation

Preparation of Seating Buck

Functional block diagrams, Interface mapping Clearance Clash analysis

Generate Individual lessons learnt document at respective gateways

Collect lessons learnt from other projects on assembly DMU and ensure implementation

Collect must and wants from assembly team

Collect tentative Process Flow Chart for Identifying DMU Assay DVP

Identify Assembly DMU DVP with CME team

Conduct DMU Assembly simulations of vehicle systems for Assembly feasibility, operator reach tool reach

Assembly simulation DVP signoff by VV Gateway

Digital to actual monitoring of assembly on prototype vehicle builds

Experience

2 to 3 years in Vehicle Integration.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech
