BangkokWe are seeking an Enterprise Network Operation Engineer to manage and support our core backbone networks across Bangkok and nationwide. The role combines hands‑on network operations with Python programming and API integration to drive automation, efficiency, and innovation in enterprise network services.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Network Operations
Operate and maintain the enterprise core backbone networks in Bangkok and across all regions nationwide.
Provide customer-facing network services, including activity changes, fault troubleshooting, and performance management.
Program Development & Automation
Design and implement software solutions aligned with autonomous network concepts.
Focus on Python-based development and API integration to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise or backbone network operations.
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network security principles.
Proficiency in Python programming and API development/integration for automation.
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) or network automation tools is a plus.
