About the role - you will:

• Lead a team of engineers and/or technicians to support process and/or equipment performance across ID/OD, grinding, and/or plating operations.
• Drive day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring timely resolution of process and equipment issues to maintain safety, quality, and production targets.
• Implement and sustain process improvements to enhance yield, reliability, and cost efficiency using data-driven methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and new product or process introduction.
• Develop team capability through coaching, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and integrity.

About you:

• Proven ability to guide and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, accountable, and performance-driven environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive and self-driven, with strong ownership and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid technical foundation in manufacturing process and/or equipment engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Acquired Chargeman or Wireman certification will be an added advantage.

Your experience includes:

• Worked/working in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in precision machining (ID/OD), grinding, plating, or similar processes like HDD substrate manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and improving process or equipment performance (yield, quality, uptime, or cost).
• Leading or mentoring technicians and/or junior engineers in a production environment.
• Hands-on work background in process optimization, equipment engineering, or reliability improvement.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or SPC.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution to meet operational goals.
