Job Title: Senior Support Engineer - Configuration ControlLocation: Filton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: £42,215 + (Commensurate with skills and experience)Core duties:You will be working as part of the Datum Pack and Product Configuration teams to define Common Missile Compartment Datum Pack scope and deliver specific outputs to support ILS (Integrated Logistic support) build deliverablesYou will be complying with contractual requirements and undertake work in accordance with company, safety, environmental, contractual and local business processes, standards, procedures and documentationYou will be responsible for ensuring configuration control baselines and the processes to monitor and check them are complete, and provide the appropriate levels of evidence for assurance, control and contractual purposesYou will be supporting the flow of configuration control requirements to suppliers, and the review and monitoring of their subsequent performance as appropriateYou will provide support with the development of estimates to support bids, proposal development and project planning activities for configuration control and baseline management activities You will be working with internal and external Datum Pack and Product Configuration Stakeholders to ensure deliverables mature to expected timelines You will be responsible for supporting the sourcing, creation, configuration control, reporting, delivery and acceptance of Datum Pack and Product Configuration deliverables against business or customer requirements
