The team is consisting of highly experienced professionals with years of experience in operating and maintaining all building blocks of sophisticated cloud designs. The senior engineer in Service Engineering & Automation team is a subject matter expert for all cloud services and has in-depth understanding of all components that form a cloud solution and is proficient in everything it takes for a customer to see the desired outcome on his system. That includes the whole lifecycle - from installation and initial configuration based on pre-approved design to capacity allocation and configuration of systems.
Job Scope/Supervision:
Technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Sales Engineering, Project Management and In-Country Datacentre teams for issues related to Hosting service design, implementation, test and delivery of customer solutions.
