Sr. Engineer- Service Quality
1.Inspection of inward new service parts and bearings 2.To manage inspection of disassembled Gearboxes parts, multi-brand gearbox components.
3.Ensure proper inspection and documentation of repaired parts(SAP-RCS).
4.Review test results and approve finished goods in line with quality standards.

Manager-After Sales Generator warranty
1.To handle technically field issues and support on solution.
2.Lead RCA for Field complaints by creating and executing strategic framework.
3.Support on Service readiness for proto-Generators
4.Documentation for inhouse and onsite repair .

Sr.Engineer-Service Operations
1.To handle and manage and support intercompany orders.
2.Follow up the shipments, and inventory movements.
3.Coordinate with production and logistics teams for IC plan
4.To ensure timely fulfillment of intercompany commitments

After Sales - Service Engineer
1.To handle technically field issues and support on solution.
2.Support on Service readiness for proto-Gearboxes
3.Documentation and tooling’s for onsite repair .
4.Open minded to travel for customer location

Sr.Engineer- Technical Services
1.To support for BOM creation of service models
2.Tooling's for repair shop and onsite requirements.
3.Technical supporting and upgrade manual releasing for service models.
4.Engineering support for multibrand reverse engineering.
