What you will do

• Define and drive the Commercial ERP Enterprise Test Strategy by establishing quality engineering standards, testing frameworks, governance models, quality gates, and risk-based testing methodologies across SAP S/4HANA, JDE, and integrated platforms.
• Lead the Quality Engineering and Automation Transformation roadmap by expanding functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and end-to-end test automation capabilities to improve quality, speed, and delivery predictability.
• Establish enterprise-wide testing governance for SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, validation, and business readiness testing, ensuring consistent execution and business sign-off processes.
• Develop and maintain a Risk-Based Testing Framework that prioritizes critical Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Pricing, and Finance Integration business processes and system integrations.
• Implement a robust Test Environment and Test Data Management Strategy to ensure environment stability, data compliance, security, repeatability, and readiness for all testing cycles and deployment waves.
• Drive defect prevention and quality analytics initiatives by establishing defect governance standards, root-cause analysis processes, quality dashboards, and metrics that reduce defect leakage and improve production stability.
• Govern release readiness and deployment quality by defining quality gates, conducting go-live readiness assessments, evaluating residual risks, and providing executive recommendations on deployment decisions.
• Establish quality expectations and governance for system integrators and delivery partners through performance scorecards, testing standards, automation maturity assessments, and measurable quality outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, PMO, Security, Validation, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to embed quality, testability, compliance, and operational readiness throughout the ERP delivery lifecycle.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and testing excellence by mentoring quality leaders, driving adoption of best practices, leveraging quality metrics, and continuously improving testing effectiveness, automation coverage, and business confidence in ERP releases.

What you will need

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Management, QA Leadership, or Enterprise Application Delivery, with significant exposure to large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integrated ERP ecosystems, including end-to-end testing across Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Pricing, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.
• Strong experience defining enterprise test strategies, quality engineering frameworks, and governance models that improve quality, scalability, compliance, and delivery predictability.
• Deep knowledge of SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security, Data Validation, and Business Readiness Testing, with the ability to implement risk-based testing approaches.
• Demonstrated success leading test automation and quality engineering transformation initiatives, including functional, integration, API, performance, and end-to-end automation programs.
• Strong understanding of release management, DevOps, test environment management, test data strategy, and deployment readiness within complex global delivery environments.
• Experience working across global, matrixed organizations, managing system integrators, offshore teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders while influencing without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of ERP integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, EDI, master data synchronization, monitoring, and operational support models.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead executive briefings, governance forums, architecture reviews, and strategic decision-making sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, DevOps, Tricentis, Worksoft, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, and regulated industry environments is highly desirable.
