The Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Roads & Highways, to support the delivery of Roads & Highways projects across Western Australia and nationally.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality civil design solutions across major infrastructure projects. You’ll contribute to technical delivery, support project outcomes, and play a key role in maintaining quality, coordination, and performance across design packages.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated engineer to further develop their design capability, contribute to major projects, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Deliver civil design across Roads & Highways projects, producing high-quality engineering outputs
Provide technical input across design packages and support project delivery
Prepare engineering reports and contribute to tender proposals
Ensure all analysis and design work meets relevant standards and client requirements
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure coordinated, timely delivery
Contribute to the technical success and overall performance of projects and the team
About You
You are a capable Civil Engineer with a background in engineering consultancy and a passion for delivering quality design outcomes.
You will bring:
6+ years’ experience in civil design within infrastructure projects
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong civil design capability, ideally within Roads & Highways projects
Experience using relevant software such as 12d, CIRCLY, and AutoCAD
The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required by projects
