What You Will Do

  • Support implementation and compliance of Quality Management System requirements.

  • Execute and support Quality Operations programs, monitoring key quality metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Promote quality awareness and procedural compliance within operations.

  • Provide independent quality oversight during engine assembly, build, and test activities.

  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits as required.

  • Lead or support investigation of non-conformances, quality escapes, and operational quality events.

  • Support quality improvement and error-prevention initiatives.

  • Provide quality coaching and guidance to operational personnel.

  • Support quality awareness and human performance improvement programs.

  • Perform other quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace MRO, aviation maintenance, manufacturing quality, or related regulated industry.

  • Experience in quality assurance, inspection, surveillance, or engine maintenance operations preferred.

  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.

  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
