Senior Engineer Program Management

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Take responsibility for coordinating customer visits including logistics, internal preparation and de-briefing
• Support team in hosting and documenting customer meetings
• Support team in articulating plans and progress in a simple and structure format to customer based on engineering /quality background on sensor assembly and test procedures
• Support project teams for customer specific engineering requests
• Take over responsibility for customer specific documentation and data processing in alignment with cross-functional internal team
• Team-up with other program managers to deliver key customer projects as an active member collaborating with a larger program team

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or related studies combined with a good technical understanding
• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience in the field of semiconductor products, for example: experience in NPI, project management or quality
• Experience with moderation of cross-functional teams and organization of customer visits/meetings as well as direct communication to challenging customers
• Excellent English skills and inter cultural competencies
• A solid know-how of tools and methodologies such as project initiation, planning including reporting and documentation, problem solving frameworks (e.g. 8D) and stakeholder management
• Experience in how to work with Module Subcons, MEMS technology, or microphones is a strong plus
