Job Objective Job Purpose We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Production to support and optimize solar module manufacturing operations at our Tirunelveli facility. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving process improvements. C. Primary Responsibilities Functional Skill

• Execute daily production plans and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide junior engineers and operators on SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.

D. Role Requirements / Specifications Desired Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in with exp in solar industry is preferred Desired Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in solar module manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of solar PV production processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools

Knowledge & Skills

• Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools
• .Monitor completion of daily, weekly and Monthly production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time for own plant
