
The Senior Platform Engineer – Platform Services & Data Center is responsible for the engineering, implementation, modernization, and operational support of JetBlue’s core platform infrastructure. The role provides technical leadership across Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory infrastructure, Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Microsoft, Rubrik backup and recovery, enterprise reporting, and data center services. The engineer develops automation, operational dashboards, and monitoring solutions while partnering with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Network, and Application teams to deliver secure, resilient, and highly available platform services. This role leads complex technical initiatives, mentors engineers, and drives continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and engineering best practices.
