Job Purpose:This position will be responsible for facilitating sales operations in bunkering through effective interdepartmental liaison, client relationship management, contract management, data reporting, and strategic digitization and automation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as an Operations Assistant and perform SAP entries related to bunker supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, surveyors, and cross-functional teams for the smooth execution of daily bunker supply operations.
  • Handle day-to-day field operations involving barges, pipelines, and tank truck movements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DG Shipping guidelines, and international bunkering standards.
  • Maintain operational databases, records, and MIS reports on a timely basis.
  • Perform data entry and transaction updates in the IRM digital portal.
  • Support planning and execution activities across the bunker supply chain to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure seamless bunker delivery operations through effective coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor bunker delivery schedules, vessel movements, and operational activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining high service standards for customers and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline,
  • Diploma in any engineering

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in:
    • Bunker Trading / Bunker Operations
    • Marine Fuel Sales
    • Shipping & Port Operations
    • Vessel Agency Operations
    • Marine Logistics
    • Oil & Fuel Trading
