Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence professional to lead strategic initiatives focused on increasing productivity, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, SMED, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, A3).
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and improve value stream flow.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the implementation and sustainability of Lean systems and continuous improvement programs.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting operational excellence and organizational capability development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives with measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
