Graduate Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in Operation and Maitenance of Hydro power plant
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Planning for Annual, monthly, and daily maintenance activities.
Timely completion of planned maintenance activities.
Carry out condition-based monitoring of equipment and plan maintenance accordingly
Planning of critical spares for ensuring 100% machine availability
Trouble shooting of breakdown by carrying out root cause analysis and take corrective/preventive action accordingly.
Coordinate with client for outage planning and respond to client queries
Coordinate with vendors/ OEMs for getting offers of spares and expert services.
Coordinate with various department within ANDRITZ for resolving issues related to Power plant
Provide monthly maintenance data to MIS coordinator
Documentation of maintenance records as per ISO formats.
Conduct technical/behavioral/safety trainings for technicians
