Job Title:
Senior Engineer, New Product Development
The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization isseekinga motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineerto design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work oncutting-edgetechnologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead New Product Development (NPD)initiatives from concept to commercialization.
Apply Design of Experiments (DOE)and statistical analysis tooptimizefilter performance.
Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successfulcriteria
Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.
Support projects with up to 10% travel
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
3+yearswork-related technical experience
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineeringor related field
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
Web handling, roll-to-roll processes
Pleating
Plastic bonding and other assembly techniques
Clean room manufacturing
Project leadership experience
Willing to be hands-on as needed in lab and clean room manufacturing environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiencyin statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP,PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.
ExcellentEnglishcommunication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
