The Senior Mechanical Engineer plays a key role in the design and delivery of mechanical solutions supporting upgrade activities. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, translating system concepts into manufacturable designs while collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and efficient project execution. We are looking for engineers who have led their own projects, distributed work across team members, and conducted project reviews, managed schedules. Mechanical engineers in our team are responsible for taking system-level concepts and turning them into real, physical designs. They route the piping, place it on structural frames, and connect them to the machines.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading challenging technical project, with includes personal execution, technical coordination, and advising to others, job assignment internally and externally, checking and evaluating results.

  • Developing and extending of knowledge to less experienced engineers.

  • Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to drive projects and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers.

  • Developing, delivering, and leading technical reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team.

  • Demonstrating good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams, suppliers and customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in technical managing projects, coordination of group of single contributors, tech support.

  • Have experience in mechanical design roles and/or Oil and Gas Industry.

  • Have experience in CAD software like Siemens NX. Knowledge of other tools like ANSYS or CESAR II would be a plus.

  • Have exposure to work Project Engineering, Project Management, and operations.

  • Have ability to perform, coordinate and manage day to day project progress.

Hybrid type of work - normally 3 days on site in Warsaw and 2 days of home office per week.

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 208,000 To 286,000. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
