' - Strong Knowedge of high voltage battery pack parts it's functions and battery pack assembly procedures.
- Strong knowedge of Battery DVP requirements for performance and durability testing
- Knowedge of Basic tools, instruements required during battery development.
- Knowedge about testing protocols for battery mechanical durability, thermal and electrical performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasures for mechanical failures using tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), 8D, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Knowedge of safety compliance and regulatory standards for high voltage battery systems, including AIS 038, ECE R100, UN38.3, ISO, IEC and other relevant guidelines and standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to support development.
