
Lead statistical process control (SPC) projects in order to improve production quality, safety, flow time and cycle. Define new design change and/or new production methods by ensuring the proper coordination of all the tasks to comply with the end to end facility process. Write and maintain technical specifications. Ensure that new designs are in compliance with Industrial Methods are thru collaboration and the Digital Mock-Up review process. Provide technical guidance for others.

The compensation for this position typically falls between $70,738.00 and $94,502.50 per year This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines This position may be eligible for shift differential. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
