We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer – Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) to lead the execution and delivery of global Industrial Water and Wastewater projects In this role, you will provide technical leadership, manage project teams, and drive engineering excellence across Instrumentation, Control Systems, Automation, and Functional Safety aspects.
You will work closely with project managers, engineering managers, discipline & sub-discipline leaders, global engineering teams, and resource managers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while contributing to team development, talent growth, and organizational objectives. The position combines project execution responsibilities with people leadership and strategic resource planning.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
