Drive Operational Excellence and productivity through Industrial Engineering, P-C-M-A efficiency improvements, production optimization and automation.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be a key enabler for the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence.
• Drive the implementation of Industrial Engineering (IE) standards and KPIs, focusing on Personnel (P), Capital (C), Material (M), and Area (A) efficiencies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify P-C-M-A improvement potential and drive productivity measures, including layout optimization, OEE/UPH improvement, and waste reduction.
• Support the overall productivity roadmap and drive the NLoP productivity program, securing current-year measures and mid-/long-term productivity pipelines.
• Implement Standard Production Management, focusing on 4-P synchronization, WIP flow improvement, cycle time reduction, and utilization optimization.
• Support yearly technical goal and target setting as input for TCR/LTCR.
• Support the implementation of MES and Production Performance reports to enable production performance monitoring.
• Drive the execution of defined Automation projects, harvest benefits from completed projects, and support the mid-/long-term Automation roadmap.
• Where applicable, deploy P-C-M-A efficiency standards and conduct yearly BCD/internal i-SHARP exercises to secure additional productivity pipelines.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• More than 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of P-C-M-A efficiency improvement covering Personnel, Capital, Material, and Area.
• Strong knowledge and experience in WIP flow improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Production Management, with a focus on 4-P synchronization.
• Experience in driving productivity improvements, including layout, OEE/UPH improvement, and waste reduction.
• Knowledge of cycle time reduction and utilization optimization.
• Experience supporting productivity roadmaps and productivity improvement pipelines.
• Exposure to Automation projects, MES, and Production Performance reporting.
