Your Role

As a Grid Code Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical evaluation and certification of renewable energy systems. Using advanced simulation tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory and MATLAB, you’ll model, analyze, and validate system performance to ensure compliance with national and international grid standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical assessment of grid code compliance for electrical systems.
  • Perform software-based modeling and simulations using tools like DIgSILENT PowerFactory and MATLAB.
  • Analyze and evaluate test results for electrical components, generation units, and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of technical guidelines, digital tools, and new service offerings.
  • Support customer communication, project management, and market development initiatives.

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience with electrical generation systems and grid integration.
  • Familiarity with grid code certification processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in DIgSILENT PowerFactory, MATLAB, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of grid standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Team-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous learning.
