This position is to manage unit fixed equipment by life-cycle including design, construction, commissioning, reliability strategy. Make sure fixed equipment follow mechanical integrity reuirement, Chinese regulation requirement.
•According to equipment category, develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategy for fixed equipment. Maintain equipment care plan and update care plan.
• Take the leading actions to manage and optimize the fixed equipment MI policy, procedure and relevant to the fixed equipment site wide.
• Ensure 100% mechanical integrity compliance, close gap timely. According to global technical direction, survey, report and close timely.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting services to the site units, including critical work, TAs, small outages and so on.
• Engage in the project, modification work from design, construction, MC, commissioning, startup site wide.
• 100%Participates in factory acceptance tests for new installations to make sure new equipment meet operation requirement.
• Apply and optimize equipment spare parts according to critical equipment strategy. Control total MRO value within limit.
• Provide reliability KPI monthly including MTBF, EFL, PRD report, leaking report, regular inspection report.
• Make T/A list and follow the progression of outages/ turnarounds;- Gatekeep outage/TA scope and ensure the completion of outages/T/As- Provide the TA scope timely, lead critical equipment overhaul including spare parts preparation, maintenance proposal and quality ensurance.
• Lead the Level A, B RCA activities and support the Level C RCA, training and coaching of mechanical
• Identify unit equipment bad actor, and update monthly. According to bad actor list, develop corrective action to kill the bad actor
• Lead the fixed equipment MI program including the AIM PS system, PRD, TML, Hose etc.
• Take the coordinator role of TSG management and the mechanical audit and improvement site wide
• Got TSG certification is better
• BS degree in engineering discipline mechanical or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years' working experience in fixed equipment
• Positive and proactive work passion to engage in the main and critical mechanical work
• Work systematically, Working effectively with groups
• Rich knowledge and theoretical practices on mechanical
• Maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities and people
• Good knowledge of maintenance engineering principles, rich maintenance experience and trouble shooting skill, evolving
