Primary Duties & Responsibilities

REPAIR AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

• Perform set up or review new task and add in on software PM.

• Equipment breakdown is properly repair and at the best available time.

• Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical equipment.

• Summarizing and analyzing results repair machine to reduce the downtime of critical equipment

• All tools are properly maintain and accounted.

• Manage spare parts are properly stored and recorded.

• Working with admin coordinator PPM to check and request to order spare parts equipment

• Leader some projects as a main member

• Contact with internal or external to get support for machine trouble shooting

• Search spare part or available source to support technician or buyer to order for replacement in machine trouble shooting

• To provide technical support production/process engineer to improvement machine cycle time or develop tool, new equipment.

• To support re-layout, install and qualify moved or new equipment and machine

• Support PM cost analysis and budget

• All tools are properly maintain and accounted.

• Support training for technicians and operators skill basic troubleshooting

• Supervise all jobs relevant facilities and assignment to technician

• Defined goals and setting smart goals for Team technicians

RECORD AND DOCUMENT

• Manage preventive maintenance document recorded.

• Mange machine troubleshooting history is properly record

• Daily report to Manager production for major issue

• Review check list document to make sure it compliance with ISO requirement

MACHINE SUPPORT

• Support HVAC team when required.

SAFETY, 5S & OTHERS

• General work areas are kept clean at all times.

• A clean work environment is maintained in working area PPM

• Conforming to policies of health and safety procedures.

• Carried out Log in/ Tag out when troubleshooting and PM machine

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automation industry electrical or Mechanic Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing setting
• Experience with manufacturing environment, repair and preventive maintenance machine, exposed to all building crafts and specific machinery.
• Experience with assembly & semiconductor equipment such as Reflow furnace, Pick and place machine, machine, wet chemical equipment.
• Have experience in troubleshooting CNC and familiar controller Fanuc, Haas machine.
• Have experience in operations and troubleshooting wire cut, hole drill ,Laser cut, Grinder , Yasda, Doosan CNC …

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to communicate effectively with foreigner experts in English.
• Understand ISO requirements (9001 or 16949 or 13485,14001 or 45000).
• Read drawing and technical manual in English.
• Self-motivated, mature, as well as leader project improvement.
• Executing activities as well as coordinating technician PPM.
