Qualifications

General Requirements

1) Good undertanding Li ion fabrication, and preparation
2) Min 3 years hands on Work experience on glovebox, XRD, SEM, DSC and ICP
4) Familiar with XRD, DSC and ICp software and analysis.
5) Experience in battery characterisation and electrochemical techniques
6) BMS core functions calibration (SOC, SOH) algorithms
7) Basics of Lithium Ion Cells (Basic Characteristics, Types of Li Ion batteries)
8)Analytical chemistry; Wet chemistry, Expertise in Method Development for AI and intermediate analysis for XRD, FESEM
9)Possession of strong leadership skills are essential to inspire and motivate team.
10)Takes personal responsibility to make things happen and continuously raises the bar.
11)Display a high degree of emotional maturity and awareness of own impact.
12)Define and leads change initiatives for own work area
13)Continuously raises the team’s performance to best-in-class levels and creates a culture of high accountability.
