Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for maintaining and developing maintenance system in order to assure safety, improve machine reliability, reduce costs and optimize spare parts inventory
• Manages personal budget against actual spend
• Leads projects in the field of TPM (especially autonomous maintenance, RCA, skills matrix, 5S), spare parts optimization and machinery technical improvement
• Initiate and lead the projects in terms of savings, optimizations and recapex
• Manages and guides the professional development of the team
• Oversees the whole production machinery
• KPI’s: MTTR, MTBF, corrective/preventive actions ratio, breakdowns rate, maintenance actions execution, impact on production plan execution and quality
• Provides a contribution to recapex plan (full year + 5 years forecast)
• Aligns with global engineering guidance and policies

Our requirements

• University degree in engineering / technical sciences
• At least 2 years experience in maintenance in a high quality standard company with automated production (various machines and complex processes)
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements
• Good GMP and HSE knowledge
• Knowledge of TPM and lean manufacturing
• Spirit of team work and flexibility to cooperate in a matrix environment
• Good leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Dynamic, proactive and CI approach
• Polish - fluent
• English – intermediate

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Work mode: on-site

Pay range (monthly salary): zł/gross 10 150 - 18 850

Variable compensation:

• Annual performance-based bonus: 15%
