Your Job

As a Digital Business Partner, you will be a key driver of Molex’s digital transformation, responsible for collaborating with global sites across the business unit to identify and implement digital opportunities, optimize business processes, and enhance competitive advantage. You will work closely with teams to ensure digital strategies and solutions align with the company’s overall objectives. This role requires a global perspective, supporting sites in various countries and driving worldwide digital initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with the technical team within the department to ensure effective implementation of technology solutions.

What You Will Do

• Partner with site leaders to understand business needs and drive digital strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement effective technology solutions.
• Lead business process analysis and re-engineering efforts as part of digital transformation
• Create and maintain project artifacts such as user stories, process maps, and workflows that accommodate global business practices
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align the solution with business objectives
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend implementation strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Promote innovation through design thinking, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields.
• 5+years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on global digital transformation projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex, cross-border challenges
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in requirements gathering techniques and documentation for diverse international stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in managing global system rollouts and implementations
• Excellency in English speaking and writing
