General Description

Knowledge of designing of Control system and commissioning activities at site.Skill in logic development as well as HMI ,Third party communication with control system

JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS

• Drawings & Documents preparation as per project requirement
• Preparation of Protection Algorithm
• Hardware/Software engineering including GA/IA and wiring drawings
• Preperation SCADA Screens Configuration.
• Testing Of cubicles/panels as per test protocols -FAT
• Preparation of material specification and further procurement process.
• Pre commissioning and commissioning of Control Cubicles Governor, UCB, CCB at site
• Commissioning of Control System including preparation of commissioning documents.
• Testing of panels with field components , loop checks
• As built documentation and Conduct the SAT.
• Technical support to marketing Team during bidding.
• Complete System set up with all networking components including EWS and OWS
• 3rd Party Communication Viz,OPC, Modbus, RS 232,485
• Communication with protetcion realys on IEC 61850, Modbus and IEC104
• Site closure

• QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Education:BE(Electrical/Electronics)
• Experience:5-10 years
• Languages: English, Hindi
• Product Know-How : Conversant with different Control system available in the market
• Readiness to travel. Technical meetings with Client and Commissioning of system at project sites
