• Serve as the main technical contact for PECN business teams and translate requirements into Azure & Tencent Cloud deployment plans.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for cloud project testing, pilot and rollout.
• Collaborate with Group Cloud Team to implement global cloud strategy adapted to China requirements.
• Design and build Cloud Landing Zone with IaC (Terraform) on Azure and Tencent Cloud.
• Implement cloud security and compliance controls per Group standards and China regulations.
• Deliver daily O&M for Azure and Tencent Cloud, including monitoring, backup, performance and cost optimization.
• Configure and maintain hybrid cloud connectivity and enterprise cloud foundation services.
• Support ITSM and cloud operation data modeling, automation and performance tuning.
• Act as L2/L3 technical escalation for cloud incidents and resolve issues with vendors within SLA.
• Provide cloud infrastructure support for digitalization, AI/ML and related project delivery

• Minimally 5-7 years of hands-on Cloud platform experience (Azure and/or Tencent Cloud), including cloud service design, delivery, and daily operations & maintenance. Overall 7-10 years of IT/Infrastructure experience preferred. Minimally 3-5 years of Project Management experience. Coding or software engineering experience or skills is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent area.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Tencent Cloud (腾讯云) services, including daily operations & maintenance (O&M), technical support, service deployment, configuration management, Docker/container deployment, and application management services.
• Know-how in the deployment and configuration Database on cloud, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL and so on.
• Demonstrated involvement in at least several Cloud-related projects, with strong preference for experience in Landing Zone design and delivery, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform (configuration, module development, and end-to-end delivery), and cloud governance/compliance framework setup.
• Experience in hybrid cloud architecture configuration and management, including on-premises to cloud connectivity, network peering, VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect setup, and unified management of multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge background in cloud network security and cybersecurity best practices, including understanding of Zero Trust principles, IAM/RBAC policies, network segmentation, firewall rules, security monitoring, and compliance with relevant data security and privacy standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CSP security baselines).
• Direct work experience in technical infrastructure and cloud service delivery, service management, capacity, and vendor management.
• Proven experience in cloud operation management (Azure and Tencent Cloud hands-on), hybrid cloud architecture configuration and management (on-premises + public cloud integration), quality management, risk management, and incident/change/problem management.
• Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English
• Ability to manage expectations throughout the project implementation and delivery process.
• Cloud-related certifications are highly preferred, including but not limited to: Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-900), Tencent Cloud (e.g., TCA/TCP/TCE), and HashiCorp Terraform Associate. AWS certification is a plus.
