Position: Senior Analog Design Engineer

Analog Devices CAC group is seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Analog Design Engineer. The primary focus is signal chain and sub‑block design, including ADC, DAC, BG and amplifier architecture.

Responsibility:

  • Lead and contribute to analog and mixed‑signal IC design from concept through silicon.
  • Design signal chain sub‑blocks (ADC, DAC, amplifiers) and support system‑level integration.
  • Oversee IC layout, guide demo‑board PCB layout, and support silicon debug and yield improvement.
  • Collaborate across functions and global design sites.

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with experience in analog/mixed‑signal IC development.
  • Strong CMOS analog design, layout fundamentals, and s‑domain/z‑domain analysis.
  • Experience with ADCs or DACs, or familiar with high-gain amplifiers, switched-capacitor circuits, comparators, integrators, voltage references, LDOs
  • Excellent knowledge of precision metrics such as noise, mismatch, and linearity.
  • Experience with switching power supply circuits is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
