ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Automation Consultant – Senior Engineer will design, develop and deploy intelligent AI agents to deliver automation of complex workflows and automated incident response for NAB Command Centre. This role will support the development and maintenance of Agentic AI solutions leveraging data from Real Time Data Lakehouse and automation frameworks. This role will be responsible for building scalable and reliable automated workflows for Disaster Recovery Testing Processes, Level 1 repeatable operational activities, Change Record creation and approval workflows and incident response.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate operational requirements into agentic architectures.
Build autonomous agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) integrated with memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning.
Implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and ReAct
Develop feedback loops, self-correction mechanisms, and adaptive behaviors for agents.
Develop and refine automation pipelines that integrate agentic AI with enterprise systems (e.g., Servicenow, Databricks).
Build connectors and APIs to enable agents to interact with external tools and data sources.
Automate labor-intensive workflows and enable intelligent decision-making.
Automate feedback loops for agent learning and self-correction.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence/ML engineering, with at least 1 year in Agentic or LLM-based systems.
Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAPI, LangGraph, OpenAI API.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools.
Good understanding of Databricks and Servicenow platform
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Exposure to AI safety, reliability engineering, and ethical AI principles.
