As a Sr. Engineer Mechanical, you will lead advanced thermal, airflow, and structural simulations that help teams identify risks early, optimize designs faster, and bring robust products to market with confidence. You will be a trusted technical partner across global engineering teams, turning complex simulation data into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute thermal, CFD, and structural simulations for power electronics products to predict performance and support critical design decisions.
• Build and optimize simulation models using CAD and CAE tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and design validation outcomes.
• Translate simulation insights into practical engineering recommendations that enhance reliability, thermal margins, structural robustness, and product efficiency.
• Collaborate with global mechanical, electrical, testing, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to solve complex engineering challenges and accelerate product development.
• Validate and improve simulation methodologies through test correlation, data analysis, and continuous improvement of best practices and reusable workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in thermal management, CFD, structural analysis, and multiphysics simulation for complex engineering products.
• Hands-on experience with Ansys Icepak, Ansys Fluent, and Ansys Mechanical or equivalent simulation platforms.
• Ability to analyze product-level thermal, airflow, vibration, stress, and reliability challenges and convert results into clear engineering actions.
• Experience working with CAD and PLM tools such as Creo, NX, Teamcenter, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in global cross-functional teams.
